Reverse Osmosis Systems

Depending on the filtration system in your home and piping in your area, your water supply may be full of excess minerals and harmful contaminants. Excess minerals yield harder water and contaminated water is often the cause of illnesses and getting a free in-home water test can help determine how to reverse any problems you may have.

Luckily, there's a solution to the problem. Reverse osmosis filters are one of the most effective methods of purifying water. A reverse osmosis filter can effectively remove all impurities and harmful contaminants from your faucet, giving you the cleanest water possible for your home and family.

Contaminated water is absorbed through our skin,
our largest organ

Reverse osmosis systems filter out extremely small particles that can slip through less sophisticated drinking water systems. The combination of three filters - pre-filter, RO membrane and post-filter - address almost any water quality concerns. What's more, reverse osmosis will remove nitrates, chromium and mercury giving you a more refreshing and better tasting glass of water while providing highly polished "ingredient quality" water for drinking and cooking all while Installing conveniently under your sink.

At The Home Depot Home Services, we specialize in the service and installation of reverse osmosis filters for your home or office. Once our team of professionals has installed your new filtration system, you can immediately begin enjoying healthier and better tasting water. We'll see to it that your new system is up and running and functioning great while the system itself carries a limited lifetime warranty. Plus, we'll install a large tank to insure that you're always provided with excellent water.

How Ultrefiner Reverse Osmosis Water Systems Work:

Step 1: Water enters the system inlet valve.

Step 2: Water is forced through the prefilter cartridge that takes out microscopic particles and polishes the water prior to entering the reverse osmosis membrane.

Step 3: Water then enters the reverse osmosis cartridge where it is filtered through a spiral-wound, semipermeable membrane.

Step 4: The resulting highly filtered reverse osmosis water enters a storage tank.

Step 5: Your reverse osmosis water receives a final polishing through the systems carbon block post-filter, and dispensed through a dedicated Home Depot Home Services drinking water faucet.
